Management acknowledges hard work and provides opportunities to expand employee's knowledge. There are efforts to be transparent with employees about what the company is working on across the board. Loads of room for employee growth and development, any ideas or initiatives you've got will be heard (and maybe put into practice). Great people, those start-up energies are still present.

It's a growing company so there are some difficulties there; like slight overcrowding in the offices. There are internal politics (every organization has these) but they don't seem to hinder the day-to-day work.
