Some nice people but we can't enjoy our time together at work.

Disorganized Petty Horibble atmosphere, everyone always afraid of getting fired. Owner and new 'business development' manager always yelling at staff. Direction of jobs change every other week and then owner says why didn't you finish this. Cancelled rrsp match and no bonus at all. Getting worse since some key management left.

Flexible work time with no timely attendance. Good working environment and good working life to other employee.

No career path. Career path achieve if somebody exit from the company. No opportunity to learn and develop career to other division.
