Innovada interview questions

First interview was with the CEO, second peer evaluation- in both settings it was casual, behavioural questions were asked. I was sent via recruiter- was provided with tour of the building but was told don't worry about the looks we are in process of revamping the place

They are hiring all the time due to the high turnover rate. I faxed my resume and got a call the next day, interview was very basic, they just wanted to know if you can maintain a phone conversation and sell their products
