Decent pay, great people who are enthusiastic about their work
Cons
Management that doesn't care, no career guidance, layoff rather than train or relocate. A group of us complained about treatment we were getting from HR and the response from management was literally "Nobody cares." Multi-year veterans laid off without warning while job postings go up looking for new hires.
