      Umm there is free coffee

      Cons

      Micromanaged, harassed and talked down to by upper management who can't even do their own job. You can't go to HR, they just make excuses for managements behavior. Then tell your manager you went to them resulting in your manager piling on more work for you and harass you even more. It's only a matter of time before the company tanks for the 5th time.
