Poor international support - Sales Innovid Employee Review

We were happy to read that you appreciate our incredible talent, great product, strong vision and the exciting approach communicated to everyone in the company. We also truly appreciate you your feedback regarding international support. Our people are our biggest asset and we put tremendous efforts into supporting them professionally and personally across the globe. Our Operations, Product, HR and all other departments of the company are working relentlessly on optimizing the processes we have in place to assure that all our employees, worldwide, are set up for success. We constantly collect feedback from our employees about all aspects of their work in the company including support and enablement. We take the feedback given seriously and create specific action plans based on the feedback. Our Action score in our recent employee engagement survey, which represents our employees’ trust about the actions taking place as a result of feedback provided was 25 points higher than benchmark. That said, there is always room for improvement and we will continue work hard to ensure our employees everywhere feel fully supported.
