Pros

Incredible talent who all want to genuinely help each other. A great product if positioned correctly. Strong vision from management with a startup scrappy approach which is exciting

Cons

Very poor HR for satellite offices with little or no check in when formal complaints are made. They stress a people first mentality but it doesn’t feel genuine (happiness surveys etc) as no matter what feedback is given, it does not feel things change. Extreme lack of support and ownership with NYC always taking focus. A culture of white lies in sales is expected as the product when looked under the hood does not perform as marketed. Continuing having to deliver bad news to clients when the tier 2 or product doesn’t deliver is exhausting.

We take the feedback given seriously and create specific action plans based on the feedback. Our Action score in our recent employee engagement survey, which represents our employees’ trust about the actions taking place as a result of feedback provided was 25 points higher than benchmark. That said, there is always room for improvement and we will continue work hard to ensure our employees everywhere feel fully supported.
