Cons
The PR positions at Inseev Interactive are not long-term positions. Management intends to get entry-level employees up to speed to eventually move into other teams (SEO and Content). However, this is strictly dependent on a new 'scale' ruled out by the CEO. If your numbers are high enough, you may be qualified to transfer to another team (unless you're favored by the CEO then you get to jump loops), this is unfair because as link builders - these numbers are unpredictable. Leaving you stuck in the position you are in, which does have a pay cap (not far from starting pay, my friends) The CEO is not trustworthy. Due to COVID-19, our team fizzled out. The majority of the team now consists of mainly new hires. The philosophy here was to replace team members with new hires in hopes to re-establish motivation and hard work. Newsflash, adding new hires will not eliminate the issues the team had. They will soon become unmotivated if you don't solve pre-existing issues.
