Well-paid job with a beautiful office in the heart of Brighton. Lovely colleagues. 4 days remote working and 1 day in the office.

Cons

Little bit stressful when dealing with unhappy customers. Some days many calls which can drain you.

Pros

Smaller environment so you get to know everyone Management is understanding

Cons

Job security, layoffs 2x in 6 months with no warning. Advised we’d get bonuses and raises after a year but company was unable to pay that out. Claim loads can get up to 300 and you’re graded on claims you haven’t been able to get to

Pros

I have enjoyed working with the company. The company provides a family like culture, comparable benefits, and an environment that promotes diversity and mental health. From interview process to onboarding, it was pretty seamless.

Cons

There needs to be a training manual or process built out for the claims department. There are a lot of manual processes that can be automated. This made training a bit more manual by having to remember everything vs having a training portal to go back to.
