Inshur interview questions

The interview mirrored the business: fresh, modern, and focused on how we could work together and achieve our goals. The team members who participated were welcoming, supportive, and knew their stuff. The conversation was kept formal yet relaxed enough to settle my nerves. The questions and the exercise were probing and thought-provoking, which allowed me insight into some of my initial priorities if successful.

Strangest interview I ever did. Interviewers were incredibly negative people, focussing on very negative topics. They wanted to know about conflicts, projects that went bad, people I didn't get along with, how I deal with a bad day etc. When I tried to put a positive spin on things (because I am a positive person but I also don't want to slam previous employers) they told me "we don't put a mask on here". I think it's ok to ask a couple of these questions, but if negative questions outweigh positive questions then that's not good – Surely things I've done well is just as important as how I've dealt with things going wrong. Really strange and no task required – definitely a red flag.
