Management doesn't always support employees as much as they should and, let's be honest, the pay is horrific! Money is a large motivator, especially in this economy, and it is a constant topic of conversation whether management wants to acknowledge it or not.
Also, there is constant conversation about how what is done at Insightpool cannot be done anywhere else but a quick search engine search tends to nullify that talking point.
