Unprofessional management staff, very little training, no communication, and uneducated hiring managers that have no skills. Pay is low for the industry
The company cares alot about its people, provides support, resources, tools to help staff member's success. I started out as an ISR and was promoted after 1 year. There's a great deal of promotion-from-within at the company.
Cons
The Covid period was difficult for the company but the employees were taken care of. The company has grown alot and we have several people on staff who have been at the company longer than me.
