      Pros

      The company cares alot about its people, provides support, resources, tools to help staff member's success. I started out as an ISR and was promoted after 1 year. There's a great deal of promotion-from-within at the company.

      Cons

      The Covid period was difficult for the company but the employees were taken care of. The company has grown alot and we have several people on staff who have been at the company longer than me.

      Pros

      I've learned more in my position at Insource Leads than my previous jobs combined. The company has often promoted from within, and is growing every year. I like the team spirit and openness of the culture. This company has its act together.
