      Terrible place to work. Uninspiring and bad culture - Content Manager Instant Group Employee Review

      Pros

      Free toast and tea throughout the day. Christmas party was ok.

      Cons

      Bad working environment, favouritism, bad pay and doesn't encourage you to exceed. Hours are long and there is a shady culture. Needs to be sorted by heads of departments but they were the worst ones. You have to pay for parking, otherwise you'll park in a back alley in a dangerous part of Newcastle.
