90 percent of the people that go on to the site are not serious about buying or have very low budgets and can’t afford an office anywhere. Out of twenty sales agents, all of us except for 4 were laid off due to COVID-19. When they started laying people off in May, they only fired minorities who all also happened to be the most senior sales agents in the entire US office. There clearly is no room to grow and even when we had several consecutive record breaking months in revenue, no agent was paid top commission (10%)

Despite years of dedication and high performance, employees received 0% bonus, not due to results but due to gross mismanagement of funds specifically, a product that took over 3 years to build and failed to deliver. The leadership team, especially at the executive level, prioritized their own interests over the wellbeing of the staff. Hundreds of employees and their families were let down, many blindsided by poor decisions and a complete lack of accountability. The recent restructuring has been handled in an appalling way, with little to no communication, leaving people anxious, uncertain, and in many cases, out of work. It was a complete failure of leadership and a betrayal of the workforce’s trust.
