Pros
Fair pay, although structure is not as competitive as others in the marketplace.
Cons
Everybody is deeply, deeply unhappy here. What's the opposite of an inclusive, supportive, and collaborative workplace? The answer is Instrumentl.

Hey there -- we appreciate you sharing your impression of working at Instrumentl. We take Glassdoor reviews seriously, and would love the opportunity to understand your comments in more detail. In our most recent employee survey, 96% of employees agreed or strongly agreed that they were happy at Instrumentl, and the same percentage would recommend us to a friend. We are committed to making that 100%.
Product has clear market-fit. Customers are non-profits and grant writers, so the work feels good. Company off-sites are a blast. Remote first culture. High velocity with a modern tech stack.
Cons
Teams and efforts are spread thin (standard startup behavior). Comp is fair. Code / product without clear ownership.

Pros
There are lots of grounded and smart employees! Especially the ICs.
Cons
Leadership tends to be a bit less grounded, so plans change a lot. Although the work-life balance is good, frequent changes to the roadmap mean everyone feels really over-extended a lot of the time.
