The benefits offered are excellent, and there’s a genuine commitment to creating a positive company culture. As with any successful and expanding company, there are occasional challenges in adapting to rapid changes, which can lead to some bumps in the road or inefficiency while processes and systems are being refined. Though these are always overcome by the committed and focused teams.

Plenty of work benefits, very compassionate and plenty of lovely staff, as well as great support. Close to city centre so plenty to do on lunch breaks, and not far from multiple train and bus stations/stops. Great if you enjoy a steady paced workplace.

Incentives are lacking, and overall office morale isn’t great. Very little career growth opportunities.
