I worked at InsureandGo part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good working environment, with friendly staff.

    Cons

The monthly targets tend to be unachievable unless you do overtime.

    Advice to Management

    To make targets more realistic.

    I worked at InsureandGo full-time

    Pros

    - Good place to work if you want to build customer service experience - Offer good bonuses and company benefits

    Cons

    - Get treated like a child for being late e.g. if you are late by 2 minutes you'll have to stay back after work for 2 minutes - Company can at times put sales first before their wellbeing of their employees

    Pros

9-5 hours easy money bonuses dress down friday discount on insurance

    Cons

Higher staff thinking they are better than you. Clique call center Mangers/Trainers not good with keeping employee privacy (e.g. The resignation email I sent which was due to health complications was told/read to various staff) Training program not very helpful

Update training program and keep privacy of your employees

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at InsureandGo full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Positive changes to bring better salaries and benefits to the employees, centrally located, nice offices and good career opportunities. The job is interesting, you get to practice different languages and is exciting to help customers out when they are abroad.

    Cons

The job can sometimes be stressful and there isn't a lot of space in the building to relax.

    Advice to Management

    Bring back the canteen, please!

    Negative Outlook

I worked at InsureandGo full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

People help eachother and get you though the day because nothing else will.

    Cons

Noone gives a dam about how well you do only how bad. Management is a joke and spend most of the day chatting to each other ther rather then helping staff. You will be treated like a number not a person.

    Advice to Management

Start giving a dam about your employees rather than your call queue, help people be better rather then talking about what was on TV last night.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at InsureandGo full-time for less than a year

    Pros

People are nice enough, and the fixed rolling rota means you can plan longer term than other call centres I've worked in.

    Cons

Staff turn over is really high. Management give different answers to the same question depending on who you ask. Train to "treat customers fairly" which is not possible with processes in place. Need time to sort a customers problem and call them back? Forget it, if you aren't on a call or ready to take a call your bonus (what there is of it) is gone and you're being questioned within minutes. Answer to a struggling...

    Advice to Management

Support us, there is a reason so many people keep leaving! We understand you won't all be on the same page all the time, but at least be on the same book.

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at InsureandGo full-time for less than a year

    Pros

There is a lot of support available for under-performers and room to progress a level or two if you work hard.

    Cons

Pay can sometimes be a little low

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees more and try to be more pro-active than reactive.
