Stay away - Anonymous employee Insync Employee Review

Very poor work environment employees are worked to the bone and there is so much turnover. Not enough resources to accomplish work required. Employees are unhappy but try to stay positive. Upper management does not understand what it takes to run a successful company or how to support its employees. It's is not a place to be at for long term which is why so many people leave. The most unorganized and poorly managed companies I have worked for. Compensation is quite low and should be a lot more as the dork is so demanding and stressful with hardly and balance or time for family.
