Business Outlook
Pros
Can be a nice place to work with great people decent pay and benefits. Farmington office has modern desks with the option to switch easily from sitting to standing.
Cons
Not much in the way of advancement opportunities unless you are in the clique of favorites. Very small bonuses unless you are in the upper echelon. CEO used to be great but sudden changes in values and culture caused many to jump ship and go to competitors. They continue to eliminate positions in all departments periodically without warning although they do provide a generous severance package.
