      Pros

      In Toronto, RSA is situated in a great location-- very accessible and the building is modern. The people are professional, but don't expect a friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      The politics. During my time there, the management was more about making things seem alright but not being upfront with the real situation. There was little leadership on the middle management level and are not able to bring the best out of people.

      Pros

      Great people, there is almost always someone there to help you when you have questions. They tend to usually work the schedule around other commitments that employees have except during during busy season

      Cons

      They do not pay attention to problems that arise between employees and management at times and sometimes management involves itself in the problem and makes it worst. They are not big on seniority as the company has fired people that have worked here for more then 8 years. And it's a very repetitive job with little to no chance of moving up in the company
