      Pros

      Great work-life balance as no real projects. Good salary as that is their trap. You can write AI and ML on your CV without actually doing it.

      Cons

      No real growth opportunities+ Misrepresentation of job roles and opportunities. Every hour is recorded like you are in school. Top management is extremely judgemental of young employees. External stakeholders are worshipped out of proportion.

      Pros

      Great people, there is almost always someone there to help you when you have questions. They tend to usually work the schedule around other commitments that employees have except during during busy season

      Cons

      They do not pay attention to problems that arise between employees and management at times and sometimes management involves itself in the problem and makes it worst. They are not big on seniority as the company has fired people that have worked here for more then 8 years. And it's a very repetitive job with little to no chance of moving up in the company
