Pros
Good for freshers and new comers. Lot of opportunities are there. You will get all the rewards and recognitions within 2-3 years. Benchmarked salary and incentives are given. Rests depend on relation with your HOD.
Cons
Frequent change in policies either it relates to HR policy or it relates to product policies. Unfair and opaque employee remuneration and benefit policy. Not good for working more than 3 years. Lack of leadership but lot of politics. Remember your late sitting and tuning with HOD will be rewarded not your hard work.
