Pros

Work from Home opportunity. They hire non certified consultants so if you are one of them, good for you.

Cons

1. PF contribution is Rs 2350 per month, irrespective of your salary - can you beat that ? 2. Company is happy being a sub contractor to other established Workday Partners. 3. No sick leave, especially during the 3 months long notice period. Even if you are suffering, you have to report to work, else your salary will be deducted 4. An employee handbook is there, which contains copied rules from other companies - the handbook or at least most of the rules are taken from the handbook of the British East India Company probably. 5. You can get promoted, but no one would know. Your designation won’t be updated in the HR system, pay won’t be revised until your service anniversary and there will be no announcement- strange considering the number of employees in India is less than 30 6. Toxic work culture. Management does not trust its employees - although it says otherwise 7. It does not have any office, so no real estate cost, cab cost etc. but if you ask for a monitor or mouse/keyboard, the management responds as if you are trying to loot the firm. US employees get everything as standard If you are a Workday Certified consultant - look elsewhere.

Pros

I’ve had an overall good experience at Intecrowd. I have a supportive manager and team and feel like I’ve really grown my skills as a consultant.

Cons

We’ve been acquired by a larger company recently and the future is not looking bright. No more unlimited PTO and everyone’s utilization rates are being scrutinized. We have utilization quotas above industry standards and they don’t take PTO into account. Work life balance is rapidly degrading.
