Pros
Managers always had open doors in the facility I worked, as well as others I visited around the US. Communication was considered a very important aspect for the success of the business as was employee empowerment. Personal improvement was always accessible.
Cons
The company underwent two ownership changes in 1 year and a was segmented (partially sold) 1-2 years later. Medical benefits and plans changed, personally, to the bad side for the employee. Good people left after ownership changes, mainly due to uncertainty.
