Pros
Great place to just coast through your career as a machinist. Great people to work with. Lots of PTO starting out.
Cons
No real plan for growth. If you're ambitious and want to learn more you have to get lucky and wait. The team work between Engineers and Machinists is a joke most of the time. People In Directors of operations and HR roles have a short lifespan aswell.
