Pros
Over 3 weeks of vacation with 10 paid holidays. Also, raises are decent and have controlled environment with music.
Cons
Management doesn't know what they want. It changes almost weekly which makes it confusing and frustrating. Also, say they want quality but push for quantity. Also, you work alot of overtime basically alot of 6 day work weeks.
