The pay isn't the worst, your co workers are lovely.
Cons
They don't care about their people at all. They only care about their customers their numbers don't pay you are underpaid and understaffed. They don't fully explain rules or make up rules if they wanna fire you. They frame you to get rid of you if you don't fall in line they want sheep not people.
