Pros
- Manager are good in professional ways they will help you sure with your problems. - For freshers it is good opportunity.( only If you are not getting job anywhere )
Cons
1. Worst Salary structure If your package is 2.5 lakhs in hand you get 15000. 2. Variable pay ( not so good). 3. No work from home even in pandemic. 4. HR is worst I am still waiting for revealing letter & experience letter even after completing notice period. 5. Support team are not professional they treat you like salves. 6. For 2 years all your original documents you have to surrender to company. As there is 2 years of bond if you break the bond you have to pay 50000.
