Only one thing good in this company is good learning place for fresher's. (Only for fresher not for experience people)

Except good learning place for fresher everything is worst here . Be ready to work on Saturday and Sunday and late night's without any compansation leave or money . They don't care if you are a girl , they will make you work till mid night . So girls please have a thought before joining this company . Very bad attitude from senior's . No proper management , they don't care for employee's . (I know no company does but here its worst) . CTC may look avarage but in hand it's very less , variable pay will be there for lower CTC people also . There no surety that you will get variable pay and no surety when you will get . Most of the time manager's behaviour toward employees is too rude . Manager's won't be clear on the task and won't be sure on the timelines . They will make you working like anything but while appraisal they will tell you nothing is there in their hand and they don't know anything . Please don't expect monthly party or team lunch , that never happen's there . Once in a year they may take you to resort it depends on management . Sometime they take senior people to Goa trip or any place and at the same time they make junior's work . No cafeteria . You may get only lunch(only for 1hr) and tea . No snacks and juice . Near by no place to have proper snacks. No transportation facility , you have to make your own arrangement or public transportation . Very few leaves , that also you may not get blessings from manager's to take . For sick leave also you have to justify the reason for the leave . Technical side - No training . You have to work on all open source tools and stacks , not a single paid tool . Very bad infra . No road map and planning . No documentation . No team lead with manager's having less technical knowledge. No laptop only desktop with poor internet connection . They may disconnect internet if any admin work is going on .
