Pros

It is very fast-paced. Most employees are remote employees, so it is great for self-starters. There is an emphasis on making the business paperless, so everything is electronically based and you can work from anywhere.

Cons

Because all of the employees are remote, drawing support from colleagues is done virtually. Major policies continuously changed.

Pros

Work from home. The mission is amazing, but the company lacks the follow through and leadership skills to continue the mission. I forecast the company going bankrupt within 2 years or less or bought out.

Cons

Corporate management lies constantly. Raises and bonuses are promised but not delivered. They treat the CC who actually do the work like crap and make the managers work 7 days a week with no help. They blame any past employee for any problems even if they worked and gave their heart into it with no negativity while employed but slander your name when you leave. HR is suppose to be there for employees but instead they judge you and offer no solutions. Biggest problem is they lie in every area a job can.
