Pros

flexible schedule, I had an awesome Program Manager (Clement Gyan) who was always available and always on the side of his team when it came to problems with upper management.

Cons

Feels like you are more focused on numbers then actually helping clients, upper management is cut throat, will let you go if you're numbers slide for even a week. Not enough resources or reimbursement for mileage put on your car. Can feel like more of a transportation service than a coordinator position.

Able to tailor your own work schedule outside typical 9-5 schedule. Work with at risk population.

Cons

Its all about numbers , so be prepared to get follow ups if you are not performing at the level they expect to you. Must have sales mentality.
