Integra Technologies

Is this your company?

I worked at Integra for years, watched people come and go on a frequent basis. - Operations Integra Technologies Employee Review

Pros

The general population at the facility are a great, unique, and enjoyable group of people to work with.

Cons

Integra is currently going threw a restructering of there operations management team which started with 2 fresh minds that believe any puppet can be successful. They invite you in with he candy of being employee owned and operated in addition to there wonderful ESOP program. Being employee owned, you have no say in your board of directors nor do you have any kind of vote. ESOP is supposed to be an investment in the company that will benifits you in retirement which replaces 401k. Every person who has walked out the door for another job, been terminated, or position eliminated has never collected a dime on this wonderful benifit. (I have been in contact with many Ex Integra Employees). Integra is a decent place to work for a temporary period, but don't let them suck you in with their nonsense.

Pros

You can get the 1-3 years of engineering experience required for a real wage job. You will learn many things

Cons

They release experienced good employees for lower paid and unqualified employees to improve bottom line. You will be asked to work 60+ hours to only get paid for 40. You will have to work holidays even though they post them as paid off days all year long(with a small print disclaimer of course). You will be screamed at by your managers, but punished if you react in any way other than “yes, sir”. You will be asked to forgo your personal values and submit to their demands or face termination. If you are applying for operations you will be blamed for anything and everything despite reality. Do not trust what Dave Bass, MD Khan, or Chelsie Ness tell you. They are tyrannical and will fabricate documents to suite their own agenda. MD Khan will steal your work and achievements as his own. Dave Bass will pretend to be a man of god, but lie and manipulate you to do his bidding and throw you in the garbage when your usefulness to him is fulfilled. Chelsie is not a nice person, and will work to fire you if you are too loud and disturb her concentration. If you get a job here in any professional field of study, get your minimum experience from them and get out. Also, do not call Sally Frank, even if their name was Frank yesterday. You will be fired even if you were unaware of the change.
