Denver office is a sinking ship - Solutions Consultant Integrated Research Employee Review

All the key people have left some weeks ago and I am wondering why I am still here. The good people and the bad people left, unfortunately, we are now left with managers who do not know what to do and just keeping their egg shell titles for the sake of salary...no career development, long hours and no vision or direction for anyone in the company here in Denver. Loads of my friends/colleagues left the Denver office last year and more leaving now. Those who are left in the office, many of them are actively interviewing elsewhere. Management is doing nothing to retain the employees and to be honest I am interviewing elsewhere too! Used to be a great company but now its just an empty shell of talkers in management.
