The majority of employees have been at the company for over 10 years. The company is currently focused on sales growth and is open to new products and solutions. The customer remains the number one priority. Additionally, best practices are emphasized and management is open to input on how to improve employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and service offerings.

Due to the small size, there can be limits on career growth. Additionally, due to the tenure of staff, there can be a resistance to change.
