This is my first job.. my complete experience was good. if the candidate is in discipline follow the rules and norms of the company, and trying to give their best in assigned work, he/she will definitely helped/guided by their seniors.
Cons
For promotional or any salary hike benefits, or any such type of growth you itself have to take initiate. hard work is not only u need to grow, you also have to show your efforts and make it count.
