Pros
Most of the work is done remotely. If you are a self-starter and motivated, you can teach yourself new technologies.
Cons
Constantly switching benefit providers, mediocre benefits, lots of promises before joining but once you are employed there is no opportunity, no training, no mentorship, no interaction between employees unless they are on your project, always overworked with multiple clients, strong pressure to make billables every week, no sense of leadership, no knowledge sharing, no career growth or progression.
