I have been working as an AI/ML Engineer at Intellectual Point since last 2 years, and I couldn't be more impressed. The management team is highly supportive, approachable, and genuinely invested in the growth and well-being of employees. The company fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, making it an ideal place for anyone looking to grow in the tech industry. Opportunities for career advancement are abundant, and the compensation package is very competitive. Overall, it's a fantastic environment to develop both professionally and personally! They give you opportunities to learn and at the same time to teach others, deliver meetups on Digital Natives meetup, participate and speak at conferences and industry trade shows.

The pace can be fast with high expectations, which may be challenging for some. While growth opportunities are great, more structured mentorship for junior employees would be beneficial. At times, workload fluctuations can feel overwhelming, and communication across teams could be improved. Need to have more town halls to keep everyone in the loop.

There is nothing good I can think about this org.

1. Lowest salary you can think of. 2. No remote. Even asking for remote work feels like a crime 3. No office. Absolutely nothing you will work in a classroom. 4. Everyone in the management just bluffs. 5. They laid off the entire team claiming that none of them is "right fit". 6. Be ready to take classes to teach veterans even if it is not mentioned in the job description. 7. Get ready to enter into a surveillance state. You are always been watched. 8. ZERO professionalism. 9. All they care is about their profit. They don't even think a little about their employee. 10. Saturday nights are the busiest in the office. FYI 11.
