Intellectual Point interview questions

I had the first interview with the CTO, a director and another developer that lasted about an hour and asked me about their professional background. I then responded to a form with some technical questions on the same day. A response was expected within 2 to 3 days about whether to proceed to the next phase or not. It's been weeks and they just disappeared, I asked for a status via email and was completely ignored.

The interview was quite long but fair. There were two levels of screening and technical interview. The process of hiring took about 2 weeks. First was a phone screen followed by 1:1 followed by technical screening. The interview process was quite fair and transparent and the communication by the management and hiring manager was excellent.
