You will learn how to identify toxic leadership, poor management practices, and red flags in company culture, a painful but valuable career lesson.
Cons
This is hands down one of the most toxic workplaces I’ve ever experienced. There’s constant surveillance and heavy micromanagement, and management has no real technical ability or people skills. Most decisions are reactive, poorly thought out. The culture is built on fear, blame shifting, and zero accountability from the top. Management spends more energy controlling the narrative than actually fixing the company. It’s a family run setup with no checks or balances, and no one holds them accountable for their behaviour. They present themselves as an educational institution, but in reality they operate more like a shady consultancy mindset, driven purely by greed, with no real mission or ethics. Employees are pushed into teaching roles that were never part of their jobs, just so the company can cut costs. Career growth or aligning work with your skills means nothing here. PTO is a joke, only seven days a year, and even then you’re questioned when you try to take time off, with zero respect for personal boundaries. Honestly, any company you join after this will feel like heaven in comparison. Most people who leave end up doing well elsewhere, which says a lot about where the real issue is. If almost everyone either quits or gets labeled a “wrong hire,” it’s clearly not the employees. If you are a professional with real aspirations, this isn’t just the wrong place - it’s not even the last place you'd want to end up. I genuinely regret trusting this company and wasted valuable months of my career. Avoid entities such as Neuroscale AI that is affiliated with it. The only reason I’m writing this is to warn others, no one deserves to go through the stress and confusion I experienced here. If this saves even one person from making the same mistake, it’s worth it. Talk to former staff on LinkedIn and you’ll see how rare it is to find a genuinely positive experience.
