Great company with remote opportunities - Senior Team Lead IntelliHARTx Employee Review

I have been with the company for years and held a variety of positions. It can be incredibly rewarding to work towards a position and be able to achieve it.

No benefits, challenging work load and occasionally changes happen that you don't necessarily agree with.

Looking at these poor reviews you'd think this place is hell on earth. It's not perfect but it isn't what these other reviews are leading you to believe. They are written by people that lost their job for various reasons and they're coming here to try and exact some revenge. The leadership of the company is solid. People are looked at as individuals but held accountable for their performance. Come to work, have a good attitude, and give your best effort and you'll be fine. The company is growing and promotion opportunities are there. Tenure doesn't matter as much as experience and performance in your current role. People complain about "favorites" being promoted but don't recognize the background they have. Just because you managed not to get fired for the last year doesn't mean you deserve a promotion!

This is a young, small company. That means there are a lot of opportunities but also a lot of growing pains to go with it. Be prepared to share your ideas but also be flexible and have a thick skin. Sometimes things just need to get done without worrying about someone getting their feelings hurt.
