7yWe are sorry that your experience as a shopper did not work for you. As you know all shoppers are independent contractors and not employees. Our process is to post the CLIENT requirements for each assignment and shoppers are free to accept or ignore any shop offers. At the same time, we make it clear that the CLIENT requirements for the shop must be met for the shop to be validated and paid. For the record, we celebrated our 19th anniversary on June 1st and have just received the MSPA Shoppers Choice Award (as voted by the shoppers) for the third year in a row. When we do make mistakes, we own up to them and work to correct them. Our success over the years is because of the good business practices we employ as well as the standards of performance we set for the Team.
