We at InterFysio appreciate and respect the hard work of all of our employees and strive to provide the utmost in professional service to our clients. Part of this means hiring only highly qualified therapists and investing time and money into their sponsorship and training, so it should be obvious that we would have a vested interest in retaining these employees.
Our employment contracts are simple and plainly state the terms, and we offer therapists every opportunity to inquire regarding any concerns they may have before signing. In general, our contracts are valid for three years at a time, so we find it hard to believe that anyone who has been working for our company for the period of time stated above would not have had the opportunity to reconsider their contracts. As sponsors of non-immigrant visas, we have a responsibility to our therapists, so to state that we are in some way taking advantage of someone who voluntarily signs an extension of their existing contract to remain in the United States is quite concerning.
The reason our therapists are contracted is because we spend a significant amount of time, energy, and resources providing immigration support at no cost to our employees, including sponsorship for legal permanent residency. This often comes at a loss to our company in the short term and serves as proof of our investment in our therapists. In addition, we at interFysio provide therapists with excellent opportunities to grow their skill set in the U.S. that would otherwise not be available to a therapist without any U.S. experience.
