      Pros

      It's not just about finding the right job when it comes to your career but it's also about looking for the right company to call "home" for the years to come. Interlight is a company where you can find growth opportunities and share your talents within an area of the company which suits you best. Interlight was the answer when I was looking to level-up my career as life's too short to be in the wrong job and remain unhappy when it's easy to "see the light" at this company.

      Cons

      If you're not ready to take on challenges and be in a position to figure things out on your own, a role within this organization might not be best for you. Fortune favors the bold, as they say.

      Pros

      Working at InterLight is great! I like everyone her and the customers are so nice too. I am outgoing, so my job is perfect for me. I have benefits and a great schedule. I am very happy here.

      There are no cons i can think of. If there was any, i wouldn't be here

      Pros

      Interlight is truly focused on the safety, well-being, and recognition of their employees. A company that focuses on process improvements and always giving satisfaction to customers is a company that will be around for the long-haul. Interlight is a culture sensitive company and offers an environment which feels like family.

      Cons

      There can be some confusion when it comes to focus and direction when we're moving at the speed of light (literally) and recent management changes have caused the new department heads to focus just on what's been done and not monitoring what needs to be done first. On the other hand, the rapid changes have increased growth and improvements for some of the newer employees.
