Pros
Interlight is truly focused on the safety, well-being, and recognition of their employees. A company that focuses on process improvements and always giving satisfaction to customers is a company that will be around for the long-haul. Interlight is a culture sensitive company and offers an environment which feels like family.
Cons
There can be some confusion when it comes to focus and direction when we're moving at the speed of light (literally) and recent management changes have caused the new department heads to focus just on what's been done and not monitoring what needs to be done first. On the other hand, the rapid changes have increased growth and improvements for some of the newer employees.
