      Pros

      The real workers and engineers were the nicest people, some managers too.

      Cons

      Management overall is a failure. Training is non-existent. Pay is so low that those who got COVID layoffs were the lucky ones. Culture of fear runs the workplace.

      Nothing to be honest. Worst place

      Cons

      I was fired within 3 months due to reshuffling of teams. I had left my stable job at amazon for Interface. This was the worst decision of my life. I regret it. The previous Production manager was very rude and he used to mentally Harras employees. I was suddenly fired even after performing all my duties well on time. Upper management doesn't care at all. Please do not join this company
