    Approves of CEO

I worked at Interface full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

location of office and walk ability to lunch and public transportation. Compensation plan with health and 401k has always been very responsible for families. The flexibility on hours as far as when you come in and leave. Some worked from 6-3 other 7- 4 some 8-5, work life balance is great weekends are not needed

    Cons

    I worked at Interface full-time

    Pros

I got paid. Some of the people.

    Cons

Attitudes. Lack of respect. Power trip CFO. Ol' Boys Club

    Advice to Management

Consider your employees, treating them like garbage will only cause them to leave. Allowing people who don't know what they are doing and have no control over their emotions will push away every good employee you have. Also - let people control their own bonuses - leaving it up to other departments will only make your employees care less and less.

    Positive Outlook

I worked at Interface full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Small, low turnover, good pay. Seem to care for employees. Internal promotions are highly likely. THey like to give their employees a shot a new openings before looking outside the company

    Cons

No real open to new ideas, "we've always done it this way" mentality. .Could do more moral building activities such as monthly rewards.

    Advice to Management

Seems like employees get in a rut and hard to get them out of it. Listen to employees, they are in the trenches they know what will/wlll not woirk
