Pros
Love the people I work with. Management believes in hands off approach and manages more by objective as long as results are there. Pay is well above average. Management has been very accessible when needed but let me do the job without micromanaging. Products are some of the best in our industry and getting better. It is an exciting time at IR and I think Oleg has the right skillset to take IR to next level.
Cons
Company 401K match is pitiful!! Some of our internal systems leave a lot to be desired and should be upgraded. Changing to SAP did not solve most of our system problems and in fact made some of them worse.
