401K match is OK, built in OT for shift workers, night shift diff of 10% and due to a shortage of technicians there is plenty of additional OT.
Cons
There are so many...... -Management is out of touch with what is going on. -Engineers have no idea how to perform the jobs where they are supposed to be the experts. -Managers are appointed by the buddy that they were "pulled behind" since they have all been working together for years. -There is nearly ZERO chance of advancing your career within this location. -Technicians are treated poorly and are expected to be miracle workers on outdated equipment with nowhere near the resources available to rebuild/refurb what should have been decommissioned a decade ago. Even with the mass exodus of talent running out the door, there is no sign from the upper management that they know there is a problem. Too many people bury their heads in the sand to avoid looking for solutions to the problems and wonder why things don't change. If things don't turn around fairly quickly, the majority of the company's manufacturing will be done in foundry's or overseas and not at this location. Quality is suffering from years of mismanagement and employee neglect.
