      Pros

      Interos REALLY puts their people first. Many companies claim to do this, but Interos encourages their employees to take time to care for themselves, their families, and the things that are important to them. Interos also is a diverse workplace, and opportunities and advancement are not limited to select groups of people. Overall, the company puts the values they champion into practice.

      Cons

      I don't have any bad things to say about my employment at Interos.

      Pros

      Work from home was great. But that is it.

      Cons

      Where do I begin, When I started they had just done layoffs which I thought was odd but ignored it. I barely made it a year when my job was eliminated. I should of known something was up when I saw that the CRO was let going that April. This is not a stable company and I do not recommend. Getting rid of people in this current market is horrible and it is wrecking good people's lives, left and right.
