Pros
Great people and culture. Mission is strong and unique. Fast paced but chance for autonomy and ownership.
Cons
Growing startup means lots of changes - dealing with some of that change fatigue. But management seems to be listening well and is laying out plans to address.

They promote flexibility and work-life balance, but management doesn't actually follow through with that. Management is a cult and looks down on employees. Raises are non-existent. They will lay you off with no warning or PIP. No career adavncement opportunities.
